Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for flexible sessional work across primary care and regional care centre services in Garnant. You will lead ACP clinics, assess diverse presentations, and support patient flow within structured clinical environments.

Role involves autonomous decision-making, telephone and on-site triage during high-demand periods, and prescribing where qualified. Flexible shifts include weekdays, evenings and weekends, for short-term or ongoing

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, AHP or similar
• Independent Prescribing desirable
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or community health
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS clearance

Responsibilities

• Running independent ACP-led clinics across care centre and GP service settings
