Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for flexible sessional work across primary care and regional care centre services in Chertsey. You will run independent ACP-led clinics, assess acute and routine presentations, and support streamlined patient flow within local health services.

In this role you will prescribe and initiate treatment where qualified, document in digital systems, and adapt to weekday, evening or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, AHP or similar.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or community health.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Running independent ACP-led clinics across care centre and GP service settings.
• Assessing acute, undifferentiated and routine presentations.
• Providing telephone and on-site triage during periods of high demand.
• Prescribing and initiating treatment where qualified.
• Completing routine clinical actions including results, reviews and referrals.
• Documenting accurately in digital clinical systems.
