- Appropriate qualifications and registration
- Geriatric medicine module within the ACP qualification
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Part 1) or AHP with current HCPC registration
- Experience with working at a senior level
- Experience with working with a wider MDT
- Substantial years experience working with frail patients
