Job summary

Spirit Primary Care Limited is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our friendly general practice team. You will work as an independent practitioner, assessing, diagnosing, treating and managing patients with a wide range of presentations.

This part‑time role (30 hours over 4 days) involves face‑to‑face, telephone and online consultations, safe prescribing, arranging investigations, and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients with a wide range of presentations.
• Manage same-day and routine patient presentations through face-to-face, telephone and online consultations.
• Prescribe safely and effectively in line with current guidelines.
• Order and interpret investigations.
• Make referrals to other clinicians or services.
• Support QOF, chronic disease management and preventative care.

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated, autonomous, and compassionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our friendly and forward-thinking general practice team., You will work as an independent practitioner, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with a wide range of presentations, including acute illness, long‑term conditions, and minor ailments.

• Part‑time - 30 hours over 4 days
• Chaucer Surgery CV11 4UZ and Camphill Health Centre CV10 9EB

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing same‑day and routine patient presentations through face‑to‑face, telephone, and online consultations
• Prescribing safely and effectively, in line with current guidelines
• Ordering and interpreting investigations
• Making appropriate referrals to other clinicians or services
• Supporting QOF, chronic disease management, and preventative care
