Job summary
Community Inpatient Unit provides Rehabilitation, Re-ablement andrecovery interventions for adults in North East Lincolnshire. The service willpromote faster recovery from illness, prevent unnecessary acute hospitaladmissions and premature admissions to long-term care, support timely dischargefrom hospital and maximise independent living wherever possible.Multi-professional staff will collaborate with individuals to ensure theyachieve their full potential in terms of their level of independence, health,and wellbeing.

Salary Range 8A £48,480 - £58,178 per annum
Weare seeking a highly motivated, passionate and committed Advanced ClinicalPractitioner to join the multidisciplinary team at Community inpatient Unit(CIU) within CPG. The post will be based at the CIU and will oversee the safe and effective Nursing oversight, ensuring the service meets the Care QualityCommission Essential Standards. The post holder will work alongside the Unitmanager and lead on the review, development, implementation of servicestrategies including completion of audits, action plans, Incident reviews andquality assurance.
