Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a GP practice in Whitchurch. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, make safe clinical decisions and support a mix of urgent care, routine appointments and triage within a collaborative team.

Working with GPs and nurses, you will have structured sessions, flexible long-term or short-term placements, and a focus on patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• AC P Level 7 qualification is required.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings is preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic
• Enhanced DBS and up-to-date clinical training
