An established industry player is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their dynamic team in Coventry. The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) is required to be an experienced registered healthcare professional working at an advanced level in clinical practice, who will exercise autonomy and decision making in a context of complexity, uncertainty and varying levels of risk, holding accountability for decisions made. The ACP will be able to manage clinical care in partnership with individuals, families and carers responding to differences in cultures, demographics and populations. Utilising critical analysis and synthesis in dealing with complex problems across a range of settings, enabling innovative solutions to enhance people's experience and improve outcomes. The ACP role is underpinned by master's level study and encompasses the four pillars of clinical practice, leadership, management, education and research, with demonstration of core capabilities and specialty specific clinical competence. The ACP will be an independent prescriber, having completed a recognised independent prescribing qualification, including annotation with their professional regulatory body and works within their scope of practice and relevant legislative authority.
