We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Advanced Clinical Pharmacist (ACP) to join the pharmacy team at Chapel Allerton Hospital, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Chapel Allerton provides a unique mix of specialist services, and this post offers the opportunity to work across adult rheumatology, dermatology and inpatient clinical pharmacy, alongside a significant role in the management and validation of specialist and high-cost medicines supplied through homecare services. The post holder will develop expertise in the pharmaceutical management of patients receiving complex therapies, including DMARDs, biologic medicines and other advanced therapies used within rheumatology and dermatology.
