We are seeking a dedicated candidate who can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate staff supervisory experience, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cancer Pharmacy Service. This includes liaising closely with the Pharmacy Aseptic Services Unit to ensure seamless service delivery. The Pharmacy Department is integral to the Trust's transformation programme, which focuses on enhancing patient experience through innovative technology and modernised practices. Our department is equipped with two robotic storage and dispensing systems and has implemented electronic prescribing for outpatient and chemotherapy clinics, supporting efficiency and safety in medicines management.
