Newcastle / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
Ref: J13173
Join a high-performing analytics team and make an impact at scale.
If you're an ambitious Data Analyst looking for more than just another reporting role, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.
Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised organisation with an established reputation in its sector and a genuinely exciting data agenda. With analytics playing an increasingly important role in how the business operates and makes decisions, they are investing heavily in their people, technology and capabilities.
You’ll join a large, multi-disciplinary Advanced Analytics function that operates almost like an internal consultancy - partnering with teams across the organisation, tackling complex business challenges and delivering insights that genuinely influence decision-making.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed a set of requirements and asked to produce a dashboard. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, challenge thinking, uncover opportunities and turn data into meaningful commercial insight.
This is an opportunity to become part of a highly successful organisation that puts real investment behind its people and analytics capability.
The Advanced Analytics team is headed up by four Analytics Leads, each working across exciting and innovative projects for the wider business.
As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with one of these Leads and your fellow analysts, becoming a trusted analytical partner to different areas of the organisation.
You’ll take complex business questions, understand what the data is telling you and turn that into clear, commercially relevant insight.
You’ll have plenty of opportunity to build your stakeholder management skills, present your findings to a broad audience and develop your ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that makes sense to non-technical people.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about data and enjoys understanding the story behind the numbers.
If you're looking for a role where you can broaden your commercial exposure, work on genuinely interesting problems, develop your technical toolkit and see the impact of your work across a successful global organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements.
