A community health services provider in Barnsley is seeking a Band 7 Team Leader to lead a team of therapists and support workers. As Band 7 Team Leader in the Neighbourhood Rehabilitation Service (NRS) in Barnsley covering the Intermediate Care and Long Term Condition pathways, you will lead a team of therapists and therapy support workers, reporting to the service manager. The team is passionate about staff health and wellbeing and providing innovative quality and proactive patient care. This role works across the community and requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
