A community healthcare provider in Barnsley is seeking a Band 7 Team Leader to manage a team of therapists and oversee patient care pathways. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and relevant qualifications in health and therapy fields. Full UK driving license is essential. This role plays a critical part in promoting health and wellbeing across the community.

This role will work across the Neighbourhood Rehabilitation Service (NRS) in Barnsley covering the Intermediate Care and Long Term Condition pathways.
The team is passionate about promoting staff health and wellbeing and providing innovative quality and proactive patient care.
This role works across the community, having a full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle is essential.
