Job description

Founded in 2006 with the mission "To Challenge Complexity", Closer Consulting is a Data Science company specializing in Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

We are looking for a skilled Advanced Analytics Engineer - CRM eager to take on new challenges in a remote work model.

Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Sales and Marketing: Analyze structured and unstructured data to build targeting and segmentation models for CRM campaigns, optimizing customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Campaign Development & Optimization: Design and implement targeted marketing and pricing strategies, leveraging A/B testing programs and campaign performance metrics to refine approaches.
  • Customer & Market Insights: Identify trends and opportunities for customer acquisition, improving campaign effectiveness by understanding customer and broker behavior.
  • CRM Integration & Compliance: Ensure seamless CRM integration across sales and customer service while adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Align CRM initiatives with business and marketing strategies, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, targeting, and segmentation modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Braze).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Coding skills in SQL, Java, C++, R, Python, or other mainstream data science languages.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2C and B2B industries, including travel (airlines), financial services (unsecured lending/insurance), and e-commerce (online retailers).
  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to influence senior leaders, build strong relationships, inspire teams, and drive a data-powered business culture.
  • Entrepreneurial & Ethical Mindset: Self-motivated, outcome-focused, and driven by integrity, with a commitment to leadership through service.
  • Onboarding: 2 weeks in the UK and sporadic visits.
