Location: Care First – Pheasey, Walsall area, Birmingham

Salary: Up to £53,200 (depending on experience) plus £3000 Welcome Bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent - 52 weeks

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Adults Speech and Language Therapist to join our clinical division. You will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for adults with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs. Your responsibilities include implementing holistic therapeutic approaches, conducting assessments, preparing documentation, and providing training to staff and other agencies. Our services aim to improve quality of life through practical and vocational support, always prioritizing safety, comfort, and health of our adults.

Requirements
  • Speech and Language Therapy degree
  • Registered with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar setting
  • Experience in report writing and multi-professional teamwork
  • Previous experience with adults with intellectual disabilities
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
