Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for an opportunity to truly transform lives? Sanctuary Personnel are seeking Social Workers with UK experience to join our Safeguarding Team.

Team/Specialism: Safeguarding

Pay Rate: £28 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract: Locum

Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality social work intervention within the Adults Safeguarding team, adhering to relevant legislation and safeguarding standards.
• Assess and manage risk, develop care plans, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary colleagues to safeguard adults at risk.
• Engage with service users, carers and families to promote safety, independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate case records, ensure compliance with safeguarding procedure and case management requirements.
• Participate in professional supervision, governance and continuing professional development activities.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
