Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting an Adults Social Worker to join the North Locality Team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This ongoing role offers £32.00 hourly and can be full-time or part-time, with hybrid working.

You will hold a diverse caseload, complete Care Act assessments and reviews, participate in the duty rota, conduct safeguarding enquiries, collaborate with families and professionals, and balance planned work with locality duties.

What you will do:

• Hold a diverse caseload, completing essential Care Act assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standard of service for adults in need.
• Participate in the team’s daily duty rota, quickly responding to new and emerging needs with the support of your colleagues.
• Conduct safeguarding enquiries and investigations to protect vulnerable adults, working thoroughly to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, individuals, families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated support.
• Balance planned casework with the ever-changing nature of locality work, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to community needs.
