Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an Adults Social Worker for the LD Team in Redcar & Cleveland, UK. This full-time locum role offers 37 hours per week for a 4-month contract, with a daily rate of £197.74.

You will manage varied caseloads, undertake Care Act assessments and collaborate with families, carers and multi-disciplinary colleagues. Travel reimbursement is provided and there are no weekend shifts to support a better work-life balance.

• Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and implement the Mental Capacity Act where necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with adults, families, carers, and multi-disciplinary partners to achieve the best outcomes.
• Promote independence and a strengths-based, person-centred approach in your daily tasks.
• Maintain precise case records and produce high-quality assessments and reports that reflect your expertise.
• Operate within the framework of relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards.
