1. Degree in Social Work
2. SWE Registration
3. Right to work within the UK
4. Experience as an Adults Social Worker
5. Knowledge of current legislation
6. Experience of Hospital Discharge processes
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
8. Flexibility to work over 7 days

Must have:

• A professional qualification in social work and experience working with children
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced DBS/Update service
• References covering the last 5 years of employment
