Overview

Adults Social Work Team Manager - Continuing Healthcare Team. Location: Cambridge. Pay Rate: £42 per hour (assignment rate). Contract: Locum, 3-Months. Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week. This role is advertised by Sanctuary Personnel for experienced Social Workers with UK experience who want to transform lives and contribute to Continuing Healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Adult Social Care workforce to improve confidence, skills, and knowledge in relation to NHS Continuing Healthcare.
  • Provide training, coaching, mentoring and advice to staff in relation to the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care (2022).
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality professional practice in line with legislative frameworks, policies, standards, and ensure statutory, national, and local performance targets are met.
  • Lead and develop teams to deliver person-centred care within Continuing Healthcare obligations.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in social work.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK.
  • Confident leadership with responsibility for delivering high-quality professional practice and meeting performance targets.
  • Working knowledge and application of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care (2022).
