About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst in the Assurance and Innovation Division of the Adult Social Care and Public Health Directorate. You’ll work within a committed and passionate Adult’s Performance Team, alongside colleagues from operational services, IT, and commissioners, to deliver performance monitoring and reporting from our social care case management systems. You will also utilize various national and local data sources to ensure excellent visibility of our performance and service user experience.

As the Senior Data Analyst, your skills will help us tell a story with our data and insights, highlighting areas of success and identifying where improvements are needed in service delivery to our residents.

About You

• Be an excellent communicator, able to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Have advanced IT skills, including proficiency with SQL, R or Python, PowerBI, and PowerQuery.
• Possess good project management skills and experience working collaboratively across large organizations.
