Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an Adults - Advanced Practitioner for the Hospital Discharge Service at Salford Royal Hospital. The role supports ward staff with daily tasks and complex discharges, ensuring smooth patient flow within a 12 month maternity cover contract.

The position is hospital-based, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00, with face-to-face interviews. Applicants will be registered with Remedy and DBS checks will apply.

• 3 years reference, gaps in employment history checked, any relevant quals as per JDPS.

Our client Salford City Council is looking for a Adults - Advanced Practitioner to join their Hospital Discharge Service

Office based on the hospital grounds working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. - Interviews will also be face to face

12 month contract in support of maternity leave cover.
