Overview

Capital Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy, providing quality temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions to clients from North-West and surrounding areas. We are currently looking to recruit compassionate Adult Support Workers to work days or nights in Maghull (L31) and surrounding areas. You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for adults who have learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs and mental health needs. You will combine your professional experience and skills to work with the service users to help with them on a day-to-day basis and to promote their independence.

Responsibilities

• Daily tasks can include, assisting with eating and drinking, meal preparation and planning, personal care, companionship and encouraging the service user's independence with day to day activities.

Qualifications

• Have the right to work in the UK
• Minimum of 6 months experience working within healthcare settings
• Experience working in a variety of settings
• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle
• Must be available to work full time
• Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
• An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
