Job Description:

We are seeking a Mental Health Social Worker to join our team in Waltham Forest. The role involves completing Care Act Assessments, Reviews, Safeguarding, and Care Coordination under the CPA Framework. You will manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients and participate in a Duty Rota, which may include screening, triaging, and handling new referrals. The successful candidate will be part of an integrated Mental Health and Wellness Team. The rate of pay is £33.42 per hour.
