Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Safeguarding Team – Southwark

Location: Southwark (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: £32 per hour

About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families? Do you have a strong background in handling safeguarding cases? If so, we want you to join the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial screening of safeguarding referrals, ensuring compliance with legal timeframes.
  • Complete risk assessments and ensure appropriate services are in place.
  • Attend the office at least three days a week and conduct face-to-face home visits when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience, and possess a driving licence and car, or meet mobility requirements through other means.
