Job Title: Social Worker – Review Team

Location: Enfield

Rate: £31.04 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker for our client’s review team based in Enfield.

Responsibilities include:

• Undertaking comprehensive care package and placement reviews
• Preparing reports and detailed support plans
• Communicating sensitively with family members of deceased service users
• Working within and occasionally outside of the borough

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and possess post-qualification experience. Knowledge of the continuing health care process, legislation, Decision Support Tools, and London Health Needs Tool is essential.
