About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join the North Neighborhood Team in Trafford. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting adults in the community, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to enhance the quality of life for residents.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will engage in informative and preventative conversations, including social work assessments and interventions, to secure appropriate funding levels in line with the Reshaping Trafford Policy. You will provide effective responses to safeguarding enquiries in accordance with the Care Act and local policies and procedures. The team seeks an individual motivated to challenge current practices and enthusiastic about adopting strengths-based assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work and hold a full UK license.
