Job Title: Adult Social Worker – Mental Health Team
Location: Lambeth
Rate: Up to £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team in Lambeth.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will be responsible for completing Care Act Assessments, care planning, and arranging social care packages for individuals in need. Additionally, you will conduct placement and community reviews for existing service users and handle safeguarding screenings, enquiries, and reporting to ensure positive outcomes.
Qualifications and Experiences:
To succeed in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work. Post-qualified experience in adult social care and mental health settings is essential.
