Job summary

Tripod Partners is recruiting a Social Worker for the Integrated Care Team with Manchester Council. The role covers Willow Bank Lodge and the Gorton Hub on a seven-day rota with flexible working to meet service needs.

The successful candidate will bring substantial Adult Social Care and Intermediate Care experience, provide professional leadership, manage complex cases, and work within a multidisciplinary integrated service.

Qualifications

• The role requires a highly experienced practitioner with substantial experience in Adult Social Care, Intermediate Care, and working at Senior Social Worker level.
• Must be able to provide professional leadership, support complex case management, and contribute effectively to multidisciplinary working within an integrated service.
• Must have post qualifying experience, registered with Social work England etc
