Rate: £43.78 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join the Adult Generic Neighbourhood Team at Liverpool City Council.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload with appropriate supervision, following policies and legislation.
• Preparing reports for Court hearings, making complex decisions, and managing risks using professional judgment and evidence-based tools.
• Communicating confidently in challenging situations.
• Representing the department at multi-disciplinary forums.
• Engaging directly with service users, carers, and families following safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Degree-level qualification in Social Work.
• Post-qualified experience.
