Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join the Initial Assessment Team in Tower Hamlets. This ongoing role offers both part-time and full-time hours with an attractive hourly rate, enabling you to deliver timely, person-centred assessments and responsive support to adults in need.

• Collaborate effectively with individuals, families, carers, and partner agencies to develop appropriate care and support plans.
• Promote independence and wellbeing while ensuring statutory duties are met.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to positive outcomes through successful assessment, intervention, and signposting to relevant services.
