Pay Rate: £35 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Adult Social Worker in North Lincolnshire’s Generic Team, where you’ll have the opportunity to challenge traditional approaches and drive meaningful change. What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will engage in informative and preventative conversations, conducting social work assessments and interventions while ensuring appropriate funding in accordance with the Reshaping North Lincs Policy. You will also be responsible for responding effectively to safeguarding enquiries, following the guidelines set by the Care Act and local policy and procedures. Your work will focus on supporting individuals, promoting well-being, and advocating for those in need, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Through collaboration with professionals and communities, you will help create a safer and more inclusive environment for vulnerable individuals.
