Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The Adult Social Care Review Team covers a wide remit of reviews and reassessment across the Wirral, working with persons recently discharged from hospital and those residing in the community. The Review Team supports various adult social care projects and at-risk care home and domiciliary providers. Additionally, it collaborates with Wirral contracts, commissioning, and quality improvement teams, adhering to outcomes-focused and legally literate practices. The team offers numerous opportunities for practitioners seeking to strengthen their practice and apply transferable knowledge and skills in a CPD-focused environment.

Agency Social Workers are required to support service delivery by utilizing assessment and intervention skills within a legal framework. Experience working with older adults is essential.

Essential criteria:

• Degree in Social Work
• SWE Registration
• Right to work within the UK

Must have:

• A professional qualification in social work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced DBS/Update service
• References for the last 5 years of employment
