An exciting role has become available at the Islington London Borough Council. They are looking for an experienced Adults Social Worker to join their First Point of Contact team.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments of individuals referred to adult social care services, identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns, and managing referrals while triaging cases to determine the urgency and response required. Ensuring support is person-centred is essential.
