Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Cornwall. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams across agencies to support vulnerable adults. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires being based in or traveling to the Watergate PCN area as needed. This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week. Condensed working hours can be considered.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
