Contract role – Community Team

We are recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker in the Warrington area.

• Experience working in an adults community team, preferable with experience working with clients with Autism, ABI, physical health conditions.
• Experience working with copdol and safeguarding.
• Its a fast paced role working with client, families and professionals. Working in a team and supporting the duty system.
