Pay Rate: £35 per hour
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker with a background in working with adults with long-term conditions. The successful candidate will have experience supporting adults with long-term conditions, ensuring their care needs are met. Responsibilities include handling Court of Protection cases, ensuring legal compliance and advocacy, conducting safeguarding duties, working with self-neglecting adults, and undertaking Care Act Assessments and Reviews.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional Qualification: Recognised professional qualifications such as MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW.
- Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England.
- Experience: Significant experience delivering social work services to vulnerable adults, including those with disabilities and complex needs.
- Knowledge of Legislation: Thorough understanding of legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Skills: Strong assessment and analysis skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to a car are often required for client visits.
