Location: Hackney
Pay Rate: £ 32/per hour

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced adult social worker to join their esteemed client. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment services and coordinating care plans. This role involves collaborating closely with individuals, their carers, and various agencies to ensure support is provided in accordance with the Care Act (2014) criteria. The candidate will be tasked with delivering comprehensive case management services to adults in need, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and resources to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
