Job summary

Focus independent adult social work is inviting applications for a Social Worker to join our adult teams in Grimsby, Scunthorpe or Goole. You will manage a varied caseload for clients aged 14+ with Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Safeguarding needs, undertaking Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments.

Qualifications

• Care Act assessments under legislative framework.
• Mental Capacity Act assessments practiced.
• Ability to assess varied client groups and needs.

Responsibilities

• Hold a varied caseload from client groups aged 14+ with diverse needs.
• Carry out Care Act 2014 assessments and Mental Capacity Act 2005 assessments.
