We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Adult Social Worker to join the Assessment and Intake Team for our client based in Southwark.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Care Act Assessments
• Implementing long-term care packages

• Urgent assessments for care and respite
• Assessing placements in residential and nursing homes

Qualifications and Experience:

Must have Social Work England registration, eligibility to work in the UK, a degree in Social Work, and post-qualification experience.
