Job Description: Adult Social Worker, Adult Initial Contact Team, Swindon

Pay rate: £36.15 per hour

Contract role: Initial Contact Team

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker in Swindon for a role within the Initial Contact Team. This team provides a high-quality, responsive service through strength-based conversations to understand and resolve queries at the first point of contact into Adult Social Care. The team offers short-term involvement, using a strengths-based approach to signpost, explore community-based options, and assess and arrange support both short and long-term.

Working within this team, you will manage a small caseload of complex cases, applying person-centred, strength-based practice principles to assess and review care and support plans. The goal is to promote well-being, enable positive risk-taking, ensure plans are least restrictive, support individuals' desired outcomes, and deliver value for money.
