We are looking for a Social Worker to deliver high-quality practices and provide the best possible services. What you will do:

1. Meet individuals' needs.
2. Provide assessment, care management, and social work services to families.
3. Make referrals to other services and agencies.
4. Act as an allocated social worker responsible for delivering statutory social work services to those who access or need services.

What you need:

1. A degree in Social Work or equivalent.
2. Registered with Social Work England.
3. Completed relevant post-qualifying training.
4. Satisfied enhanced DBS check.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
6. Must have experience in this role.
