Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a well-known local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career and gain experience in the Adult Social Care industry.

Role Details:

• Contract Duration: 9 months with potential extension
• Location: Fully remote for the right candidate
• Pay Rate: PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour; Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal and administrative advice to the County Council, partners, and external clients.
• Manage a high caseload in Adult Social Care from start to finish.
• Offer expert advice within your area of expertise.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
• Experience working in the Adult Social Care legal team for a local authority.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience in Adult Social Care law.
