Adult Social Care Senior Solicitor (Hybrid/Remote) needed in Stafford, at £370 - £450 per day PAYE - Reference: 5270861
We are currently seeking a lawyer to support our Adult Social Care Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a local authority with a strong knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation and be capable of managing a full caseload of various matters.
Ideally, the candidate will attend the office each Wednesday to work alongside the team. However, for the right candidate, this role can be fully remote, with the initial induction and equipment collection at the office, and return of equipment at the end of the assignment at the candidate's cost.
Day rate for this role: £370 - £450, depending on knowledge and experience.
The responsibilities include handling a caseload involving:
Experience with a case management system (preferably Iken Cloud) and time recording is preferred.
Adherence to Lexcel standards is expected.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
