Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Locum to join our client in a fully remote role. The position covers 30 hours per week and offers ongoing support within a cohesive team of specialists.

You will advise on s16 and s21 applications, ordinary residence matters, safeguarding, Care Act and s117 duties, and may provide advocacy at direction hearings. Local Authority experience is highly desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or CILEX with relevant litigation rights.
• Experience in adult social care law or local authority setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote locum capacity and manage caseload independently.

We are seeking an experienced adult social care lawyer to join our long-standing local authority client, working 30 hours per week.

This will be an ongoing role providing additional support. The successful candidate will join a cohesive and supportive team.

Duties will include:

• Advising on s16 and s21 applications
• Ordinary residence matters
• Providing general advice in regard to adult social care
• Safe guarding
• Care Act advice
• s117 advice
• Advocacy at direction hearings (desirable)

This is a fully remote working role.

We are seeking a qualified solicitor, barrister, or Cilex-qualified lawyer with relevant litigation rights and previous experience in adult social care. Local Authority experience is highly desirable; however, candidates with relevant and transferable skills and experience gained from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
