Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer – 3 months + - Predominantly Remote Working – Full Time – Up to £60 per hour – Midlands

Position: Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer

Organisation: Midlands

Duration: 3 months +

Working Pattern: Full Time

Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working, court attendance once or twice a month

Hourly Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Adult Social Care matters.

Duties may include:

  • Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislation, including, but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
  • Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
  • Prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters
  • Represent the Council in court and conduct advocacy when required
