We have a vacancy for 1 post which is fixed term for 1 year.

Package Description



Main Responsibilities
  • You'll be working closely with our operations managers, commissioners, and senior leaders, responsible for managing projects within our Health and Care delivery plan, ensuring products are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Managing risks and measuring the delivery of outcomes and benefits.
  • Facilitating workshops with managers and front-line staff to design solutions and plan delivery.
  • Responsible for communicating progress and escalating issues to the senior leadership team for resolution.
  • Promoting improvement in Adult Social Care, working collaboratively across Staffordshire County Council and Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
  • Promoting co-production and equity, ensuring the voice of the person is recognized in the design of improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Be an inspirational team worker with experience in initiating and leading improvement projects.
  • Possess valuable knowledge of Adult Social Care; experience in local government and health is advantageous.
  • Skills in co-designing solutions to implement and embed change.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
  • Confidence working across organizational boundaries, influencing and negotiating to meet deadlines.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • High level of personal drive and integrity, committed to proactively solving problems and developing innovative solutions to improve outcomes.
