Rate: £36 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Specialist Continuing Health Care (CHC) Project in Southwark.

What will your responsibilities be?
As a Senior Social Worker in the Specialist CHC Project, you will play a crucial role in assessing, reviewing, and managing Continuing Health Care (CHC) cases, ensuring that individuals receive the appropriate funding and support. You will use your expert knowledge of the CHC process to liaise with health and social care professionals, advocate for service users, and ensure compliance with relevant legal frameworks. This role does not involve management responsibilities, allowing you to focus solely on specialist casework and assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:
