Job Overview

To support the Adult Safeguarding Team by providing a comprehensive administration and secretarial service.

Main duties of the job

To act as the first point of contact for the adult safeguarding team by telephone, for professionals and members of the public.

To take overall responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and confidential secretarial, administrative co-ordination to the adult safeguarding team, using own initiative to problem solve and prioritise the urgency of work and to act on behalf of the team when appropriate and as required.
