Pay rate: £43.25 per hour

All Age Disability Team

Pertemps is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker in Wrexham.

The Disability Team is looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker to work in an All Age Disability Team.

The candidate should have an understanding of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.

We are a supportive team, and the successful worker will receive regular supervision as well as ongoing peer support from team members.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience of the CHC framework, devising care and support plans in line with legislation, and working with individuals with disabilities.

Wrexham currently supports a hybrid working model. We welcome applications from individuals with experience working with children and/or adults. There is plenty of hybrid working available.
