Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join the Complex Care Team in Greater Manchester. The role offers £32.00 per hour umbrella (PAYE options available).

You will have a Social Work qualification with at least two years post-qualification experience, with strong community/neighbourhood experience, safeguarding and MCA duties, and you will develop care plans and support independence for vulnerable adults in the community.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent (DipSW/CQSW) with at least 2 years post-qualified experience in an Adult's setting.
• Experience in community/neighbourhood work and safeguarding or long-term adult caseloads.

Responsabilités

• Work with vulnerable adults to implement care plans and packages.
• Complete safeguarding assessments and MCA assessments.
• Collaborate with community team to support independence and wellbeing.

Adult's Social Worker (OGCCC) Greater Manchester, England

Salary: GBP32 - GBP32 per hour

We are currently looking for a Social Worker to join an Adult’s Complex Care Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

The team deals with vulnerable adults in the community with complex care needs to help preserve their independence and wellbeing. The team works with a strength-based approach to ensure each care package is tailored to each individuals needs. Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA’s are all key responsibilities.

About you

The successful candidate will be well versed in community/ neighbourhood work and have experience in a team that deals with safeguarding or long term adult’s caseholding. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult's setting are essential for this position.
